You can request as many revisions as your package allows. We strive to provide the best service and will revise until your needs are addressed. No additional fees are due if design principles are not updated. Your design will be updated within 48 hours.
Any adjustments needed after the logo designs are finalised will incur individual charges.
Refund Policy
Key Web Coders will provide no refunds if you select a special package.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Our central design concept is approved, and you later request changes.
Non-company-related issues caused the cancellation.
More than two weeks of the project passed without communication with the company.
Another company or designer has been contacted for the same job.
The creative brief lacks essential details, requiring a complete design modification.
The claim exceeded the “request for refund” period.
The company is closing or rebranding.
No refunds for “change of mind,” “disagreement with partner,” or other non-service-related reasons.
A client who subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one service will only receive a refund for that specific service.
Refunds are not available after seven days of purchase.
Social Media Marketing/Management, SEO, Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights and Trademarks, Web Hosting, and Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) are non-refundable.
Websites are non-refundable once the client approves and sends the development design.
Once logo or website designs are approved, refund requests are denied.
If the client fails to provide the logo or website design brief within ten days of ordering, a partial refund (up to 25%) may be available.
Once the refund is accepted, it takes approximately 40–45 business days to reflect in your account.

After reviewing your request, we will respond promptly to your refund request.
To preserve legality, Key Web Coders will submit your designs to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies after you receive your refund.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions at Key Web Coders are governed by and construed in accordance with U.S. law, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
You and Key Web Coders consent to U.S. federal and state courts. You agree to settle any disagreement, claim, or controversy related to these Terms or Key Web Coders’ services that are not subject to mandatory arbitration.
You waive jurisdictional, venue, and inconvenient forum objections to such courts. These principles do not apply to non-U.S. residents. As an EU citizen, you may sue in your own country.
Claims must be lodged within 30 days of the disagreement or controversy. Claims submitted after the deadline will be rejected. No recovery or damages will be sought until the party pays the costs and attorney fees.
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes. Either party may request mediation if the issue remains unresolved. Key Web Coders limits the mediation period to 30 days. If unresolved, either party may pursue remedies under U.S. or local law.

Delivery Policy
A confirmation email and the completed order will be delivered to the specified account on the Order Confirmation date.

We are not responsible for damages caused by unprovided or incorrect contact details.
Project activation fees will apply if the client does not respond within 45 days.
